Since you have to wear the Monarch helm in order to enter the first time, I suppose it's yes that only players who earned the Monarch helm will be able to enter.

XPs are additives bro, so 1-week 2XP elixir plus thrasher plus 2xp on weekend = 8XP all in all... all nice u can even create new took and reached lvl 70 over the weekend..Lila.. if you're so addicted.lmao.
