1 The idea of someone having a 3.0ratio or higher is completely obsolete. Very few, and i mean no more than 10-15 people will have a real 3.0 ratio, but never 4.0, unless they are complete assholes who team, run and spawn.
Almost nobody is going to have this kind of ratio legitemately earned no matter who claims it.

It's twinking, people boost right ane left.

I saw this guy named gundamsone, have u seen his ctf ratio? forgot what it was, something like 20k kills 300 deaths. He meets your requirement well, but do you honestly think he will got it for real?

Also 90% of players i met confuse what ratio is, sometimes they claim they have 3:1 ratio which is in fact 1.2 or something

to get ratio you divide kills by deayh, don't be fooled by how the kills look e.g 30000/18000 people claim it's 3:1 which is in fact 1.6 ratio.

Anyway enough maths.

My genuine advice is drop the ratio idea and recruiet players by watching them play.

Everyone's idol the mighty Blitz (he is mighty) has a 2.2 ratio.
