Did I miss a quest in Dark Forest?

My World Map shows 12/13. I look around Ursan Weald but I can't see anyone with a big yellow exclamation mark. The only hint I have tells me to talk to Rolke in Fort Blackstone. Rolfe has a quest, yes, but it seems to be a Balefort Quest, "Takin' Names".

What am I missing?

hmm, i know theres a quest where you go back to forrest haven...but i dont know where its from.

Yeah, the first quest is in FH and they send you to Selene to get the second quest. But I wouldn't think the last quest in DF is found in BC. That doesn't make sense. (Of course, making sense isn't something I should expect...)

There's another quest once u reach around lvl 15. Talk to the bird guy in ursan weld (the guy that gave u the minotaur quest) and he'll send u to balefort castle

Oooh! That explains why I can't see the yellow exclamation mark. I am going to freeze XP at 14 on this one for a while and see what the level 14 items are like. I will check again when I get to 14, and if it's not there yet, I will check at 15, after I turn the XP back on.

That worked out great. I turned XP back on, got to 15th, and there it was, a yellow exclamation mark over Krowe.
