I'll ask him if he can share stats (though they could easily be guessed, same req. and armor as the Dreamer, 7 Int, 2 H/s), and a pic. You could similarly predict the stats of the other missing caps, but if you'd rather wait for confirmation, that's fine.

That staff has dropped in LE for a long time, and I've never seen any non-Brain Freeze Int pinks drop in FN...

I don't think there are any level 30 helms, only 29. This is consistent with helms in other levels (e.g., in the swamps) maxing out one level below other items. As for the Sniper snowcap, it is a reward from a quest and I have not seen one above level 27. If anyone has, please let me know.
