many mobs that were previously susceptible to ice are immune now

all other stun effect, from kelvin, toxy, ironbite/vlad, dragon blade, tainted weapon super stun, have same effectiveness with fireball's stun now, they're now like that 25% chance of lightning's stun, which is useless.

is it intended? if so, maybe sts should nerf fireball then, compared to fireball which always stun, the other only has 25% chance, (or in case of super stun pack, i needed to deplete elite hugal's 70-80% health with just normal attack to proc 1 pack of super stun), and even worse, once stunned with fireball, all other stun effect can't prolong/stack the effect, making these by-chance-stun useless.

again, is this whole design is intended?
