Ascension!

So for a bonus to this game I am going to borrow "Jade Dynastys" idea of anscension.
How does it work? You hit level forty and go talk to an Npc in town and ascend! Taking you back to level 1, you lose your level and keep your attribute points/ skill points! Being able to reach 40 again with twice the character potential. But only being able to wear level according gear. You can only ascend once.

" what happens once a new dungeon is released? Well 40 will be the set ascension level. say you make it to 45, then ascend well you only get the attribute and skill points of a level 40"

Your expected responces, my answers.

1. Hey Ob wouldn't pvp suck then?
No! Ascended players have their own pvp matches.
2. Hey Ob overpowered much? Not really, leveling to 40 twice with character deserves a reward. Your gear won't be better, but yes your skill and attribute points would be.
