It is not possible anymore. The only dragons that are still available to get are the ones in the store. All the other ones were only available during the 71 cap when there was an exclusive 71 dungeon. You could get those discontinued dragons from a quest in this dungeon as many times as you like. This is also where black dragon gear came from, now discontinued.
