I'm not complaining about having to pay. I'm complaining about the climbing prices.
My guess as to why devs are raising prices is that they are running out of money. PL might make several thousand a day (prob not, but lets just say so), however they also have to pay themselves and pay for equipment and they need money to keep the PL studios in shape. You must remember that PL was started on the wallets of 6 dudes (and maybe some left over money from their last project). By now I am sure that even with the padding from PL and investors that the ratio between input of money and quick dribbling of money out the barrel is not balanced, and they need more. Just my thoughts

Well if they're not making enough money, charging more than people are willing to pay is not the way to make money. And I highly doubt that's the case -- just look how many people out their are using plat for just about anything -- equip, costume rentals, Respecs. Just look around you. Even if I refuse to spend more than necessary on this game, plenty of people are throwing money at them. It is a game for god's sake -- you should pay to play it, fine, but it should be reasonable.
I suppose of you are from a different country than USA, then you might not understand us. In America we charge the highest price people will pay. If they don't pay because it is too high, we lower prices, but if they gladly pay we Americans think we must not be charging enough. It is called capitalism. I don't really endorse it, but I accept it as a fact of life.
Actually, I live in NY, born and raised. But I don't throw my money around like most people.
This will be great for me. I don't have time to play all day so it will be great to actually sell some stuff hopefully.

the price must under 4-5p, best is 1-2p for 1 slot

Well technically, people who will use the CS will be the power players, considering the amount of stuff they have accumulated so far.
Making it accessible to the "non-paying" population will definitely help the economy of the game. Make it both low plat, and high gold cost for using the CS.
It's a win-win situation. People with plat can sell their stuff, and people without plat can sell their item too.

Yes, I agree. It can be very annoying, trying to sell things by shouting "Selling INT pinks" ect.

I will buy slots, no matter the price. You're right though, many may try, but many may also just buy it.
75p for 10 slots now, 7.5p = 1 slot
so the good way is buy character slot for 5p and u get a free 1 auction slot
15 characters = 75p and 15 slots, and u get more fun with new characters
