Yes. Since you thumb up'd me, my reputation power is now 155. The light green bars are 200 reputation points each, I believe (which is different from reputation power).

Reputation power though is utilized for thumb ups and it gives the receiver the amount of reputation points that your reputation power is. Therefore, since my reputation power was 154 and I thumb up'd you, your reputation points should have gone up by 154.
