NPC Beginning Message: Agent Smith: "Blast those Bandit Boys! They are up to their no good tricks again. They recently pulled a heist where they robbed some of the wealthiest citizens of Balefort and returned to their hideout. By now the loot has probably been split between their members. I need you to go into their hideout and get that stolen loot back from the bandits."
NPC Ending Message: Agent Smith: "Nicely done. Not many people are willing to stand up to the Bandit Boys. I will make sure that the stolen goods are returned to their rightful owners. Here is a little reward for your service."
Description: The Bandit Boys have stolen a lot of goods from the citizens of Balefort. Travel to their Hideout and Stronghold, defeat bandits and recover 100 units of stolen goods.

I have managed to discover that a bandit by the name of Catspaw is involved though. You need to travel to the Hideout and confront Catspaw. Find out what she knows and follow the clues. Report back to me when you find out what the bandits are up to."
NPC Ending Message: Criminal Plan's Chest: "(Within the chest you find a set of plans showing the Bandit Boys latest caper. he plans have a detailed blueprint of the Balefort Vault and a tunel coming up underneath it. The bandits are going to rob the bank!)"

Do you know what will happen if the bandits manage to rob the everyone stash and the auction house? ... That's right, CS tickets will go through the roof, cats and dogs living together, ... mass hysteria!"

NPC Beginning Message: Agent Smith: "It is time to strike at the heart of the Bandit Boys! They are being led by the notorious Bandit King and Queen. Many people claimed that these two didn't exist but I knew differently. Travel to their lair located within the Stronghold and bring these two master criminals to justice!"
NPC Ending Message: Agent Smith: "You have surprised me yet again. With the Bandit King and Queen out of the picture the Bandit Boys will be leaderless. I am sure someone else will come along and pick up the reins because crime never sleeps, but for now the citizens of Balefort will be able to sleep easier knowing that their valuables will be safe for a while."
Description: Located the Bandit King and Queen within Stronghold and defeat them.

NPC Beginning Message: Chest of Notes: "(The chest is full of what appears to be old ransom notes. It would seem that the bandits have been kidnapping Balefort citizens and holding them for ransom. With the amount of notes in this chest it appears they have been pulling this scheme for years. You should search the rest of the dungeon and see if you can find any newer notes.)"
NPC Ending Message: Agent Smith: "What is this? The Bandit Boys have been kidnapping people and holding them for ransom. The victims must have been too afraid to bring this to attention of the authorities and this crime has gone unpunished for many years. We must take immediate action and put an end to this villiany."
Description: In order to discover if the bandits currently have any victims search the rest of the Stronghold and try to find recent ransom notes.

If you would be so kind to help an old woman look her very best I would be willing to show my ...gratitude. Just travel into the Catacombs and collect some high quality slime from the monsters that dwell within. Their slime does wonders for my skin!"
NPC Ending Message: Mad Martha: "Oh yes, this is the good stuff. My skin will look 20 years younger in no time. This stuff may smell like a used diaper but it really tightens up the skin and cleans out dirty pores. Thank you for your assistance, please take this money as a token of an old woman's...appreciation."
Description: Fight sewer slime in the Catacombs or Roach Motel and collect high quality sewer slime to make a face cream or Mad Martha. Not every sewer slime will have the correct type of slime so you may have to kill a number of them to get what you need.

NPC Beginning Message: Mad Martha: "Muck Hovel is in grave danger and no one is willing to listen to old Martha. They all think I am crazy but I know the truth to our doom... and it is a giant walking mound of trash! The smaller slimes have been forming up in the Catacombs, growing in size and power. They have already formed into a huge walking mound of gunk known as the Trashheap. If this keeps up they will become too big to deal with. You must find this Trashheap and destroy it before it gets any bigger!"
NPC Ending Message: Mad Martha: "Ha! Martha told them and they all laughed. Now who is laughing? Me! You sure took care of that mound of trash and saved us all from drowning in a sea of refuse. Please accept this small gift from your greatest admirer."
Description: Search the Catacombs for the being known as Trashheap and destroy it before it can get any bigger.

NPC Beginning Message: Dead Sewer Slime: "(Magical residue leaks from the body of this dead sewer slime. When you approach some of the magical residue swirls around you and begins to attract more of the magic leaking from the corpse. Perhaps this residue contains the secret to how thee sewer slimes have become animated? If you can find more dead slimes and collect their residue you might have enough for someone to examine.)"
NPC Ending Message: Mad Martha: "Oh my! I haven't see the likes of this since I was a young girl. This is life magic ...twisted and corrupted ...but life magic of amazing power none the less. There is only one being that I know who possesed such amazing gifts and that is the Animator! This does not bode well for us if the Animator is in the area."
Description: While under the effects of the magical residue, search for corpses of sewer slime that have been dead for a while with in the Catacombs. Getting close to these corpses should release any magical energy they might still contain and leave you with a tiny bit of the magic used to create them. If your magical residue wears off, just return to the original dead sewer slime and collect some more.

Notes: You must have the magical residue to do this. It’s a blue mist around your character similar to what a set would give off. You have to stand around the corpses for about 5 seconds in order to collect magical residue.
Roach Motel:
Quest: “Hazardous Waste”

NPC Beginning Message: Hazmat Investigator: "I have a report of a 1037-R down here. ... reports of unsecured hazardous waste barrels. If these things are not contained properly the whole area could become unlivable... well more unlivable than this sewer already is. By article 443 of the Balefort municipal code I am authorized to make you a deputy hazmat investigator. You first job is to head down into the...seriously? ...the Roach Motel and seal up those containers."
NPC Ending Message: Hazmat Investigator: "What do you mean someone was actually opening up containers of an unknown toxin down there? Wait...did you say green chem suit? That can only mean one thing. He has returned!"
Description: Search the Roach Motel for unsealed barrels of hazardous waste. Because the waste is highly toxic do not approach barrels unless you are properly shielded. You will need to find some sort of shield to protect yourself against the effects of the toxin.

Notes: Defeat the green guys by the barrels to get a temporary shield. Stand over the barrel to seal it.
Quest: “They Never Die!”

NPC Beginning Message: Hazmat Investigator: "We have an infestation in the...*sigh*... Roach Motel area of the sewers. Who would have guessed that we would have a roach problem in there? The problem is that this is no ordinary roach. It seems to have gotten into some toxin or something and now it is some sort of super mutant giant roach...that talks. Normally I would have just gone down there to spray but it ate my equipment. Perhaps you as a deputy Hazmat Investigator will have better luck. Good luck."

Description: Find the Cockroach’s lair within the Roach Motel and squish the enormous insect.

Quest: “The Crying Spirits”

NPC Beginning Message: The Wise Woman: "Awwww... the spirits are talking to me again. Their cries shout in my ears and their moans rip at my soul. I cannot see them clearly for they are shrowded in some evil magic. We must weaken the barrier so I can see the spirits more clearly and try to hear what they are seeing. Please go into the lair of the goblins and destroy their totems. This will weaken the evil shield shrowding my vision and bring light to this strange situation."
NPC Ending Message: The Wise Woman: "Oh, the horror of it all is worse than I ever had imagined. Without the totems I can see again and hear the voices clearly. The goblins are truly wicked creatures for they are tormenting the souls of the departed and not letting them leave this plane."
Description: Travel to the Swill Pitz and destroy the goblin totems located there. Without their totems, the goblins will be unable to block the visions of the Wise Woman and she will be able to get to the heart of what is going on.

Description: Drusila Badelf is a dangerous criminal working with the Bandit Boys in the Bandit Stronghold. She is sometimes out scamming people but always eventually returns to the Bandit Stronghold to shop online.

NPC Ending Message: Mayor of Muck Hovel: "How do you like that? I didn't think anyone would ever take down Ooze. That disgusting pile of slop has been a general trouble maker for several years now. Not to mention he smelled something awful, and from someone who lives in a sewer that is saying something! I am authorized to give you a cash reward for your work."
Description: Ooze is a sewer slime of some notoriety. Reports are that it has a “residence” within the confines of the Catacombs but is often away traveling in other parts of the sewer.

NPC Beginning Message: Bounty Board: "Wanted for the crimes of larceny, trafficking and toilet clogging. Goop is an intelligent slime gone down the wrong path. APPROACH WITH DISREGARD TO YOUR HEALTH. Goop is known to have a slime covered room located within the area known as the Roach Motel."
NPC Ending Message: Mayor of Muck Hovel: "Blasted Goop messed up my toilet something fierce last winter. I am glad that you mopped him up. As Mayor of Muck Hovel I am authorized to grant you a cash reward for your service to the community."
Description: Goop is a sewer slime gone bad. Reports are that it has a “residence” within the confines of the Roach Motel but isn’t always there. Sometimes Goop is away doing nefarious things to people’s plumbing.

Quest: “WANTED: Noodles”

NPC Beginning Message: Bounty Board: "Wanted for the crimes of murder, cannibalism, and seal clubbing. Noodles is evil even for a goblin. Description: Noodles is a goblin from the wrong side of the tracks. Reports are that he makes his lair within the Swill Pitz but is often away clubbing seals and eating people.

Quest: “DAILY: The Bank Job”

I am going to get word to the Balefort guarrds but I fear their responses may be too slow. You must use the secret tunnel within the Hideout and catch those bandits red handed!"
NPC Ending Message: Agent Smith: "Nice work. With the Bergular behind bars and the bank heist thwarted everyones pinks are safe for another day. You have done a great hing for everyone. Please accept this as a reward for your service."
Description: Use the tunnel leading to the Bank Vault from the Bandit Hideout. Once within the vault defeat the bandits and stop them from robbing the bank.

NPC Ending Message: Agent Smith: "Nice job. You managed to free all the captives and defeat their ransomers. I am sure the familiar of the victims will be very happy to hear about their loved ones return. Please accept this token as a reward for your brave service."
Description: Travel to Bandit Cells from the Stronghold. Once inside the Bandit Cells defeat the guards and free all the captives.

NPC Beginning Message: Mad Martha: "When I was younger I worked with a talented but wicked young enchantress. She figured out the secret to animating the inanimate and bending these things to her will. You must find her, defeat her and find the secrets to her magic."
NPC Ending Message: Mad Martha: "It is a good thing that you brought this back to me. It would seem that the Animator has figured out how to animate herself should she ever die. Fortunately with these we will have the ability to counter her magic on the day she returns."
Description: Use the portal leading from the Catacombs into the Steam Chamber, the lair of the Animator. Defeat the Animator and find the secrets to her power, but beware of the magical minions that will surely be guarding her lair.

Description: Travel from Roach Motel to the Fetid Halls. Once there search for Dr. Noxious’ lair and defeat him before he can unleash his master plan of poisoning the entire world.

Notes: Given after completion of the “Hazardous Waste” quest. You’ll need to complete the “Breaking Containment” quest in his lair in order to get past the toxic barrels. You only need to complete it once.

NPC Beginning Message: The Wise Woman: "The goblin shaman are tormenting the souls of the dead, not letting them leave the material plane. With evil magic they are using the pain of the dead to power a ritual of some sort. What they are trying to summon is beyond my understanding but it must be stopped."
NPC Ending Message: The Wise Woman: "Ah, the cries of the dead have been silenced and the foul wind of goblin magic stilled. You have done a great and kind thing."
Description: Travel from Swill Pitz to the Goblin Tunnels and stop the goblin ritual. Defeat the goblin shaman performing the ritual and smash the cursed bones of the dead to free their souls from this plane.

NPC Beginning Message: Lilly: "Goldfever, the evil demon of greed, has taken up residence amongst the Bandit Boys within their Hideout. He is a dangerous foe but someone who you have tangled with before and I know you can handle him."
NPC Ending Message: Lilly: "Nice job in taking out Goldfever. Here is the reward I promised you. See me again tomorrow if you want some more work."
Description: Travel to the Bandit Hideout and defeat the evil demon Goldfever.

Notes: Fur Gee is a boss that randomly spawns at a rare rate in Lost Villas. Because Fur Gee barely spawns, it is easier to complete this quest by killing Boo Gee in South Pointe Village. Boo Gee will also reward you 1 furball per kill. Boo Gee in the 3 Plat-per-run paid Monster Bash dungeon will reward multiple furballs upon kill. Collect 50 of these furballs to complete the quest. This quest is repeatable every three days.
