Lagging badly

I have read a lot of threads on this for a while. They keep saying its our devices and connections. Which by now, people know its a server problem because its obvious they can't handle high traffic. Even on wifi with a strong connection and no lag on other games and no background apps, the STS games lag a lot. Especially AL.

Hello STS forum!
A recently rag was very baaaaaad, and I was not able to play a game after this update.
However, SL can play a game without a rag in my case.
PING of SL is always about around 200-300.
But the PING of AL is too unstable and cannot play a game.
I tried shut down all the multi task and did the reinstallation.
I use iPhone5,iOSver is 6.1.4 and optic fiber internet(HTTH) in WiFi.
PLZ help....

Take a look at your fluctuating Internet speeds, it hints at your Internet not being very stable.
