Which town? In Snow Peak Base Camp no one got quest for me...

look for the yellow exclamation mark above their heads
u also need frozen nightmares

That's not it, I'm having the same problem. None of the NPCs are giving out quests and when I open my quest log for a hint, there is none to be found. I also have Frozen Nightmares purchased.

oh.. the 2 NPCs are standing inside that big circle inside of the town... hummm strange u cannot see it... they should give u the 1000 snowball and the 1000 pelts quest... this might be a bug after the update.. u best put this thread in the Bugs sectioon so the Devs can take a look.

Hmm, I talked to Sela and she said, "That's wonderful... but I am not ready for your help yet. ... I'll have something for you soon enough!". I'm assuming I need to be of a certain level before I can receive these quests.

I came acros this, too. I purchased Frozen Nightmares, but I have no way of getting to there. I am stuck at 14/16 in Lost.

They show up at lvl 30. I think this is a new requirement. I remember lvl 15 one dark forest to balefort but not this.

There's supposed to be a minimum level. I'm gonna guess 30, but I do not remember for sure. A dev answered another thread some place and said a level. I wanna say 30...
