i'm a rogue and i'll going to add all dex to everything i have. +18 dex from mythic helm and 18 from mythic armor plus 12 each from devour bow, ping amulet and ring. I'll be bringing the pain and spamming the pots! Tanks be prepared because all the aggro will now be mine! take it back if you can! bwahahahaha!

It is stated in sam's post in announcements where there is the example of upgrading an entombed hammer of warfare lv31. It is +3 for normal gem and +5 for expecial gem.
I had assumed it was the same as the space time insider spoiler. Yes lvl31 is +5
Yes i saw the 31 guys.. No question about the lvl 31 items. +3 normal and +5 perfect.
The question is the lvl 35 items. They will get the same as 31 +3 and +5 perfect or +3 and +6 perfect?

It would be much more interesting if you calculate eg comparison of the stats Archon/Blood Ruby/Ensorcelled/Full Circuit and put it into a neat table or chart.

Lets Compare Mythic Ring and Archon Ring of Potency STR Type ( Lets say ill use all Str Gems Bec. im Warrior) Example Only
Mythic Ring Stats ( Level 31 item) ( 3 Slots Mythic Item)
30 Str ,30 Dex ,30 Int ,3.5 Damage = + 15 Stat Bonus ( STR )
Total Stats = 45 Str, 30 Dex, 30 Int, 3.5 Damage
Archon Ring Of Potency 36 ( 2 Slots Legendary Item)
41 Str, 21 Int, 3.0 Damage. Grants +2.5% damage = +12 Bonus ( STR )
Total Stats = 53 Str, 21 Int, 3.0 Damage. Grants +2.5% Damage
A closer look to this comparison - The Legendary Ring gives more damage But the mythic ring give more Mana and Critical

41 Str, 21Dex , 2.8 Damage = +12 Bonus ( STR GEM)
Total Stats = 53 STr, 21 Dex, 2.8 Damage
Dooms advantage is 1 str , 19 int , 0.2 damage , 48 armor.
Divine pendant advantage is 21 Dex.
