Essence drop chance should be in the same ballpark. The way essences were being dropped had to change to fix this overall issue, so there is some room for variance, but the team tuned it back to be about where they were previously.

So do essences still reroll into locks?
I hate seeing locks constantly drop in price. They're at 6k now....

Sam, will definitely let you know if this effected the drop rate on essences. I think the rate is fine as it since it still takes 8 hours to craft a gem from 10 essences.

I'm not sure essences are dropping in the same ballpark. I was averaging about 1 per map, with around 60 maps ran. I just ran 5 maps to get one essence. I hope that it gets corrected... this was the first thing I have enjoyed about this game in a long time.

I can confirm, there are less essences now. Now i need to do 3-5 hauntlet run with luck amulet to loot one, before i looted at least one in every run without luck amulet.

Before this every run i will get 1 essence and now,after 4 run full map of brackenridge still no essence

I can still run bracken and get 2-3 locked and 1-5 essence per run. its slower, but not that slow. ive already got more than i need. they definitely give a new meaning to inventory hoarding. (waste of space)

Are you guys still getting essences off of rerolls? I ran a bunch of easy maps during my lunch time with Lep on and all of the essences I picked up were straight up drops. All of my rerolls were just random greens and blues.

Essences are more scarce now. Just feels like I missed out on looting tons on archon rings

Sam essences are way more scarcer then before. I just ran 2-3 maps and got only 1 essence whereas before the patching I would get a decent amount.

You have to account for the time it takes to CRAFT these gems also. Please adjust back the drop rate of essences. Thanks.

Are you sure you are playing the same game as the rest of us? most ppl say that they need like 4 bracken to get 1 essence and u got 1-5 a run ? and 2-3 lock a run, i remember that yesterday, but not after the update lol
