sts server is from ur country thats why u have low ping uf u wanna try just join to brazilian server and u are going to get 200-300 ping, bcus u are from usa..
just look on google influences in your ping.
maybe bcus u are using a sucks laptos

The only thing better than a 0ping is

Conclusion: there is nothing better than a 0 ping.
