Intelligence for the Palidan and Bowchantress
I would think 'bowchantresses' and 'palidans' alike would benifit from the twenty-something* intelligence required for 2 mps regen. Especially since there will be no potions allowed in PvP.
*Does anyone know the exact number? I think I'll post this question on Intelligence vs Stats Increase by Felora.
