The true answer for the gem stacks is

1= 7 DMG

2= 7+1.5= 8 DMG

3= 8.5+ 1.5 = 10 DMG

We already know that, but what we want to know is:
If the first item had 3 soul gems thats = 10 damage would it stack to your 2nd item with 3 soul gems too? That would be +20 damage with both items
Or it will be just +10 to first item and +4.5 on the next item? That would be +14.5 damage with both items

Item1 (3 gems = 10damage) + Item2 (3 gems = 10damage) = 20 Damage ??? Stacked

OR

Item1 (3 gems = 10damage) + Item2 (3 gems = 1.5+1.5+1.5damage) = 14.5 Damage ??? non-Stacked

There are four fearsome bosses to fight in the new Halloween Event! Watch the video below to meet Scourge the Undead Whelp, Valko the Werewolf, Drakeula the Vampire Lord and Paracelsus the Alchemist (Forms 1 & 2).

New Vanities

Last week, Samhayne revealed some of the fancy new vanities that you'll be able to get in the new event, including a sweet new minotaur set for warriors, a jack o' lantern get-up for rogues and a gargoyle set for sorcerers. Plus, spooky undead zombie vanities for all classes. Here are a few screenshots of some of the vanities that will be available for event tokens to whet your appetite:








Tiered Rewards

Remiem made an Insider's Post on Tuesday revealing the new rewards for moving up through the different event tiers. Like our last couple of events, playing the seasonal content will earn you points so that you can progress through 4 different tiers of gameplay: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and the new Platinum tier. Moving up in the tiers isn't always easy, so we make sure that getting to each one is worth your while. Here are the prizes for reaching each of the Halloween event tiers:



For reaching bronze, you'll receive 3 Lesser Pumpkin Chests. You can open these chests to find energy kits (to access the boss zones), gold, Necropolis Tokens to redeem at the token vendor, or pieces of a spooky legendary gear set. If you hold on to them, you can also craft them into Greater Pumpkin Chests which have the chance for even better rewards.



At the Silver tier, you'll receive a Legendary Haunted Ring, set to your level, and a flaming pumpkin vanity helm that will definitely get some screams.



If you want a cool new companion, you'll want to get to Gold Tier, where you'll receive the new flying eyeball pet Blinky. He shoots LASERS from his eyes to damage multiple enemies.



Reaching platinum won't be any easy task, but it'll be well worth the effort. When you reach the top tier, you'll get a new gem to upgrade you gear with extra damage. Plus, the new title "Death's Hand".

Please let me know it I misunderstood something.

These pictures are showing the difference of lv15 gears with 2.8 dmg on stat. And it gives my twink 8.3 dmg on stat.
Theoretically if I can have 10 gems and put it on all my gears in legendary, it will give me 42.5dmg on gears, which will be around 120 dmg on stat.
This means I can almost double my dmg.
I'm excited to try this, and I understand this might give various build options on end game, however, twink pvp will be just a mess.
Especially this gem is not tradable, this would be unfair who have no chance to play on the event.
I think you guys should limit available gem slot(like only on weapon or one for each item) and make it tradable for new coming people.

You have misunderstood! From the current information we are given we understand that putting one gem gives a flat 7 DMG nothing more, nothing less. Adding an additional gem into the item would add 1.5 DMG so the total additional DMG you would have in the item with those gems would be 8.5 DMG no more, no less. Also, you are aware that there are legendary equivalents to those Halloween armours..
