Not receiving free platinum

Hi!!! I got a problem!! Why is it that I'm not getting free platinum anymore! Before I always was getting the free platinum after installing the apps you offer for getting free platinum and opening them for round 5 min. It has been a month now and I
Haven't receive it. I always before have gotten the platinum in a few seconds. But still have not got it... I play on iOS. Vefore i always got the platinum but now im not getting nothing help!!!!

Try logging out your acc then put ur password and log bak in

Sometimes there's just lag between Tapjoy and Pocket Legends. Other than that, I don't know.

This bug exists back from 2013 & after ... happens quite often lately.Lately one game offering much plat and not working is Fire Age ... although I heard some earned their plat after messaging nativex
