Does the leaderboard banner come out before expansion releases? Or at the same time?

Its only rewarded when a season ends, so yes it will be rewarded when the expansion is out.

When the season ends, they take shots of the leaderboards and banners are granted within 48 hours

Hey guys, I've taken care of the spambot and cleaned up the thread.

Usually after the Season Expansion you wait 1-24 hours for the banner to appear on your inventory, I remember a dev launching the banners before the expansion/update but sadly artwork data were stored in the update file so 1 day wait.
