Is My Build Good For 29? :)

Hey all of you Legends of the Pocket
Was just wondering if my build is good for Level 29 AoE Dps Mage

I think my only regret is maxxing out Ice Storm :/
Please give comments, critiques and suggestions

No.
It's horrible. ONLY because you didn't BOV (i think that's the right one.)
BOV gives you huge crit.

take 5 of those points of ice storm and put them in blessing of might.

take 3 points out of firestorm and put 1 in mana shield, and 2 in blessing of vitality

this is for pve basic build.

Next lvl max BOM then work on either BOV and Nightmare and Weakness, your choice.
Start getting the habit of buffing up with BOM and BOV then Debuffing Weakness and Nightmare while your still low lvl.
It will help in the long run for 50+

Was not aware that crit affected spells as well!
Thought it was weapon only -noobface-.
