toor is good for speed runs, and singe helps you last longer for elites and stuff

I'll say like that. Both are awesome.
Up to you which one you gonna choose. IMO singe is more for tank, hard maps and elites and all. Cause you buff party and it can keep them alive longer, also faster kill. Toor is nice for debuff and all but since you run with rogues you already have armor debuff. Singe can stun too.
Singe just came back. Wait a little till price drop n buy cx
