Missing platinum

I did offers for the x2 platinum and I did one where I had to complete a "silver" offer within another offer for 500 platinum. So I did one where I had to pay $6.00 USD and I didn't receive my platinum. I sent a note and proof of my completion of the offer to the provider and they haven't done anything. How do I get my platinum? I spent $6.00 USD for nothing. Please help STS!

The providers sometimes reward you and sometimes don't :/ kinda sad isn't it?
Even though if it was completed

I would wait a little longer for a reply
I don't think sts can do anything about it only the providers if the offer can

STS can't do anything about offers. You need to contact provider that made offer ( nativex , fyber...)
If you already sent email then you should wait abit

I didn't do any offer now since they didnt send the plat alot of time, wasting time :/

Sorry you did not get your platinum.

Usually in the upper right hand corner of the offer wall there is a <support> button you can use to contact the offer provider directly.

I checked there and the offer isn't on the list. I have everything to prove I completed the offer. I sent the company an email so hopefully they help.

Sadly im owed around 2.4k platinum that I didnt get via offers. Showed them my proof of completion as well as my transaction where I paid, got nothing.
