when i was l61 in last expansion, i remember that in mausoleum first floor, enemies' threat level is blue, meaning they are on the equal level with me, l61, and yellow at 2nd, orange at 3rd, and red at 4th-6th,
but after reaching l65, enemies in first level kept their level at l61, and stop giving me xp/kills, but enemies in 2nd floor start being yellow, and from 3rd floor, they have gone red (4+ level difference!)
considering you don't release any gears between l62-l65, and gears can only be farmed by l66, isn't it kind of wrong with the current scaling design? not only, but having l66 (non arcane/non set) gears only adds a few more armor compared l61 is also weird
and why would you make the first floor doesn't scale, while the others scale dynamically with party's highest level, and the last thing is about 3rd floor scaling, it was orange in the last expansion, and now become red, i can imagine there must be something wrong at 6th floor (might be 10 level difference, who knows).
