Description:
Ones uppon a time, Silknight was wandering around the woods, and found a cave. Silknight was curious about what could be inside. He stepped inside... In the cave the ground opened under his foot and he fall onto a hard surface. He looked around, and he was stunned from the view. He was standing on a small island in the middle of a lava sea. He was a skilled magician, so he created a boat for himself, and decided to look around the sea. During his way he fought against powerfull monsters, and even more powerfull curses.
After a while he arrived at an other islnad, but this island was much bigger, and there was a big castle on it. Silknight got out of his boat, and wandered of towards the castle. The castles doors opened in front of him, since he has fought his way trough all the monsters on the way here. Two guards guided him to the Throne Room where he met the Evil himself. The Evil made an offer to him, in which he could choose between his life, and serving the Devil by becoming evil himself, and completing one quest for the Devil. He should enslave Alterra. In exchange he gets the sword of Devil. This story became a legend, and the sword was later remembered as "Silknights sword from deep hell" They say that Silknight wanted to enchante the weapon and used the orbs he captured in the forest of Alterra, to make it even stronger. Many of them believe, he succed, and the weapon became so powerfull, that it can eliminate anyone it encounters.
No one can tell its power exactly, because no one ever returned after fighting the evil Silknight.

Backround: origionally a simple sword weapon this sword has been used by all the past evil greats in the world of pocket legends. Over time as each evil tyrant died a part if their spine became intertwined with the sword giving it greater power than any other in silknight's domain. Silknight fights to protect this sword to keep the name of evil strong, and also to ensure her own spine does not join the rest before she is ready to pass the sword on to a rightful heir. Silknight risks life and limb to control the relm in which she lives, and to bring it under her curse.

The crystal was combined with an axe forged within the heart of a fiery volcano to create the perfect weapon. There was a message sent out from Malik Museum looking for new items to display. When Silknight was looking threw things to send. Silknight found a box hidden in the back. When Silknight opened the box. Silknight found 3 new weapons. Silknight pulled out a Unknown Sword. Silknight called for A Str henchman. When the henchman slashed with the sword they noticed it hit more then one target sometimes. They think they could hear the sound of a taunt being used when it hit more then one target.
Silknight and the henchman had no idea what it was. They sent it to the museum to see if anyone knew of this Unknown Sword.

Background:
Here lies the infamous and elusive Meat Masher of Fiery Doom. The evil witch Silknight, residing in the depths of Forest Haven, had the ultimate goal of imparting her evil will upon all of Alterra. In order to accomplish this twisted feat she and her minions captured Forest Haven’s sacred Orbs of Nature and corrupted them with her magic.

Calling upon her favorite element Fire, she bent and twisted the Fire orb's energies around the very fabric of the forest around her. It's once lush vegetation was transformed into something very different, very powerful, and very evil. She wrapped the flaming energy around a once seemingly innocuous wooden spear. The weapon, once green with life, aged almost immediately and began to turn brown and wither as the corruption moved from it's handle to it's point. As the twisted energy approached the tip a roaring fire sprang fourth and charred the end of the spear in a fiery erruption. As Silknight was completing this transformation one of her most bumbling minions wandered into her room and nearly interrupted the incantaion at it's most crucial point. Determined to make this the last time that particular zombie minion would cross her, she placed its head atop the fiery new spear as a constant reminder of her power and in one swing turned the flaming spear into a fiery hammer. Thus, the evil Silknight's Meat Masher of Fiery Doom was born. It is a constant reminder to those who oppose her will that she possesses the power to twist and corrupt the beautiful, living faction of Alterra into something infinitely more terrible and that even those who work for her are not safe from her rage.

Inspiration:
The inspiration for this came from the idea of Silknight twisting the living into a fiery oblivion, as can be seen from the transition of wood from its green handle to its charred, flaming tip.

I appreciate weapons whose design calls upon the level/region in which they are acquired (such as the rocky looking gear from sandstone caves) so I tried to incorporate the forest into my design. I tried to bring together three things in the design: fire, which is a central point of the weapon designs you requested, as well as zombies and the forest, the two things that first come to mind when I think of Forest Haven.

Potential Procs:
Seeing as it has a zombie head on it's end, I think a proc resembling the green, decay gas seen from mobs in CTK would be appropriate causing a slight reduction in the target's armor rating. The color scheme on this proc could be both green (gaseous) and orange/red (fire) in order to bring both design elements together in the proc.

Description Idea:
Due to "mash" being in the name and it having a zombie head, I think an allusion to the song lyrics from "Monster Mash" would be appropriate. For example, "He did the monster mash, it caught on in a flash!"

Their souls will remain restless for eternity. Few can survive it's attack and be skillful enough to wield it without a shield. But those who can are true heroes and legends.

Item Name: Fire Infused Skull Club

Objective: Create a strength based weapon for lower level players in newly redesigned Forest Haven campaign. Design should be simple enough to be rendered in pocket legends, yet provide a level of detail and complexity to be unique and interesting to players. This weapon has been designed with the common lower level styles and weapon types found in Forest Haven in mind.

The evil sorceress Silknight has conquered the outer forests of Forest Haven, leaving only a small refuge for the inhabitants of Alterra. With the successful creation of a spell to control the captured fire orb of power, Silknight and her adept craftsmen have been able to craft weapons that channel the orb’s control over elemental fire. With her sorceresses already armed with powerful channeling staves (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...l=1#post301498), Silknight’s craftsmen turned to creating a fearsome club for the Dorkwood knights. Combining the channeling elements of the staves that harness the orb’s power with frightening massive skull clubs, Silknight’s weapon smiths created a heavy, flaming club of doom. The strongest knights lug this massive fiery club made from the trunk of a corrupted young Forest Haven tree to squash any that stand in their way. The club is mounted with a burning skull, Silknight's favored symbol for her faithful, glowing with the power of the fiery orb, and a Silknight channeling orb at the base to fuel the fires. Even with the thickness of the club, the power of the orb burns through, creating glowing hot cracks in the body of the weapon. The knights who wander the forest with these terrible weapons leave trails of burnt earth behind them as they drag these clubs along behind them. Anyone who has wandered beyond the borders of Forest Haven’s town knows to fear the knights carrying these massive clubs and the burning squishing they can bring upon their enemies.

Special visual description/effects:
Skull is enveloped in a flaming glow, as if the skull itself is on fire. The eyes of the skull glow with a deep red firery effect. The cracks in the club and skull glow as if a fire were beneath the surface material. The bottom orb is a "swirling" fire patter (animated or static) and has a harsh red glow.

This weapon was created when a brave warrior (rawrzgrrz) killed the demon named Barbax. When the mighty demon fell all that remained was the skull. How the brave warrior had killed the demon was by sticking the end of her spear right on the soft spot on the demons skull therefore getting the spear stuck. The great warrior brought the prize to a fellow blacksmith who created the Scythe of the Dead out it.

DESCRIPTION: As a young child, Silknight the Sad was seen as a weak, clumsy elf. She was an outcast of society. So much so, that her parents left her to be cared for by the Towne Caller rather than face the fact that their child was a complete and utter disappointment. So as the legend goes, Silknight came to realize how much of a letdown she had been to her parents, her fellow elves and most of all, herself. Over the years afterward, Siknight planned, and she planned, and she planned until finally, she was ready. She set off from her house with all of her belongings. As the legend continues, Silknight traveled afar to prove herself once and for all. Through her travels and wanderings, Silknight met a very handsome Blacksmith who lived in place not far from Balefort Castle. The Blacksmith showed Silknight how to make torches which she would need for her journey into an abandoned Skeleton Crypt. He also created for her a gigantic torch-like hammer made from the very bones of skeletons and the dust of a Vyxnaar horn. So, to test her new weapon, Silknight traveled through Balefort Castle, squashing anyone who came into her path. Once Silknight returned from her journeys, no elf in her towne believed their eyes. Silknight had left sad and weak, and had come back a Sorceress She brought with her three of the most powerful weapons in all of Alterra. This is the story of the Blazing Torch of Torture. You can still see the blood of her enemies dripping from the points on the torch.
