Oh very valid point I was about to update for this.

" what happens once a new dungeon is released? Well 40 will be the set ascension level. say you make it to 45, then ascend well you only get the attribute and skill points of a level 40"

So basically to get the double skill points to 45, you would have to ascend to 45 again?
