If you mean sometimes showing the magnifying glass vs showing the empty slots, that's with the next app update - no ETA on that yet. It really doesn't matter though - all items of the same type + rarity have the same number of slots.

Can we have the hotbars somewhere else or we can drag them wherever we want? I use phone for this game not laptop and they are on the chat ty
