Hi i just came back on game and i quited like couple of months ago then i notice i dont have any plat offers or even ads elixir and it says (you're not eligible for offers) how can i fix this bug?

Hope this helps with the video elixirs not working. I believe if your plat offers aren't working then promoters aren't targetting your area (or something like that).

I am not quite sure tbh. Offers sometimes barely works or doesnt work at all and i cant buy plat eithet and its been this way for years so ive come to terms with that and stopped trying all together. Maybe futumsh or customer service can help you. Try to contact either one mate. Cheers.
