What gets added each time u put a skill higher?

Im a engineer and I cant tell what happens each time I add a skill point to my skills. Does anyone have a listing cause I dont know what skills are actually worth usin ive just been using empathy force shield the other pt buff and wither and dividing my sp into those so far. Thanks

you might have to experiment with em. Like maybe a skill to raise dodge 1 point will raise OVER 9000 points at rank 4

PL skills took awhile to get their descriptions right. I'd imagine SL ones will take time too. Maybe Phys is working on it.
Anyways, try them out when you add a point.
