Honestly not sure first time seeing that too, I only used the 2x elix once
and also saw my friend use the 3x one which results in no noticeable visual
effect, so that must be from tame elix, if any

This wisp is a drop from Rahabkor and no, fish oils don't have any visuals. You just get their corresponding buff icon. When you use tame elixir, you get a 'damage' icon, if octosyn, you get an 'XP' icon.

STS is vague with all the loot details. Lol. Guess they want us to figure that out by ourselves. I have seen this aura twice in-game, asked the owners and they both said it's a drop from Rahabkor.
