Forgotten vanity event criteria

I believe Cinco once said that any items from S1-S3 will not be converted into vanity, that’s a criteria for Forgotten Van event years ago, idk now ��

And it's because of these kind of messages that I made this thread.

A simple clarification from a dev would be very helpful.
