Experiencing the same but it does drop which works fine with me. Took me around an hour in rahab to craft 10 keys, mainly trying to get key tooth

Same issue with the handles but the issue kind of goes away when I don't have recipes in my inventory.1 part of the key never drops.

Seems to be random and that you'll always have more of two crafting materials and waiting on the last one. Currently I have 17 handles 14 tooth and 0 body the least rare of them all xd
Try using luck if you're missing the legendary material should drop more consistent then the other 2 at that point.
It's the tooth for me. No problem dropping the others.

Treat everyone as you wish to be treated.
If you wanted to try and collect some information then : Class and where you farmed those would probably matter...

Drop chances for the components are the same. No component is more rare than any other. There is no class consideration and there is no map consideration - the drops are a global (single) list.
