High Priority | Map issue on my end from level 80 boost pack

Hello everyone, So I bought the level 80 boost pack on my mage char and im running into the issue where
When you go to do the Quest for Wylat to do the "Heart of the Hydra" & "Eye of the Fly" quest it says the following Ill post pictures below of the issue im running into it will tell me I dont have it unlocked and then when I open the map and press elite maps it says its locked

If anyone knows a fix ill bless you with some gold in return

I did all other quests in festering then got the hydra and fly quest

Maybe unlock all other previous maps through questlines/running the maps, or else run after the croc in the building in chanel of light to unlock festerfang maybe.

Yeah done that as well unfortunately I chased the lizard in chancel did all festering quests ran festering over 10 times and still won’t allow me to go into that part of the map now sure why it says I’m not the correct level for it.

So I had the same problem you gotta do the quests it already gives you at fester I think it’s the 1/100 one where you have too kill the big crocs that’s how I got it unlocked

Hello, let me start from the begging

I bought Level 80 for my mage char then noticed my accounts XP was disabled so I stayed on level 1 so I contacted STS they manually put level 80 on the account. After that I started grinding out the festering map so I could enter Hydra and Fly quest. I completed every quest in festering besides Hydra and Fly and now im running into the issue where it says im not the correct Level to enter this zone and that it is locked im also level 82 now almost level 83. So i think that when they manually put my account to level 80 i missed some of the map unlocks and quest to enter the map stated above.

If you guys could look into my char IGN: Trustingz that would help a lot to solving this issue I did send 2 emails about this to STS but no reply yet

I had 10 other people try to help me get into Hydra and Fly Including the elite version nobody has been able to help with this issue

Thanks for the clear writeup! It let me quickly find and fix the real problem which will be fixed in the next server (content) update.

Your character should be fixed. If it doesn't appear fixed, log out for 2m and then log back in.

Awesome thanks for helping out much needed XP there major for the level 86 haha you can also discard them 2 emails I have sent since you fixed it up thanks again so much have a wonderful Christmas ��
