Magic number is 76. Assuming you skip the mini-boss, as well as that corner in that squared pathway of the mini-boss, 76 should be right after the first set of mobs you encounter in that huge squarish room with fences in the middle.

That said, pure rushing after 76 and clearing towards the boss at 76 is roughly the same time, give or take a few seconds getting to the boss. I would suggest clearing normally, just quicker.
