You'll pretty much have everything maxed out by 61
No bro what you talking about? Not all of my skills are maxed, currently I used those 56-61 skill points on frost bite and storm. my mana shield is 1 and rev, 1 ice storm 3

Max out the obvious. Frost bite is garbage, only need one for rev, max out heal, buffs, and debuffs. Dump whatever's left into mana shield.
