I have an iPod 3G also, it crashed on startup once and then I can run it. I stated this above as well. if u are still having problems, email suppose instead of cursing on a bug forum, devs don't appreciate being yelled at.

The update which fixes the startup crash on iOS 3 is now available in the app store.
i have instaled the update and is still crashing, are you guys are 100% that the update fixes this problem
