Well no duh Minneapolis is the safest nothin goes on there and it snows what guy would shoot some one, that would make him go out side in the cold walked or drive to the place the he going to kill his victim, then after he shoots eaither run from the cops or stay go get the body, from the body dump it somewhere and not kidding a 200 lb guy feels like alot in -5� isn't the best feeling, or if u flee from the cop there comes a 4 hour drive of nothin and snow some places it's not worth killing..... My case ended
