CTF tournament hosted by Bloody COT

I'm curious how are you gona make 2 full teams join the same game without having any random players, since you can't create new game or boot people from existing game?
If its doable without any hassle, count me in and I'll try to come up with a team. Ign (FallenAngel)

The bug that makes us arrive at ended games will help at making new games and I will have 2 refs that will take the 2 free spots from the teams and will be sitting at spawn places

Can people from bloody cot join?

I want to participate...but I don't know what level range the tournament is for :P
