All jokes aside, these are actually blue antennas. Notice that blue antennas do pulse and that the sparkles are getting bigger as they disappear. Replace those sparkles with blue sparkles and it looks like the screenshot WE posted. I believe they were playing a trick on us.

Here it is with blue sparkles and blue smoke and a red background.

I could have done it on my mage with the Mount Fang Armor too.
