My Nexus (finally!!) received the "Jelly Bean" 4.1.1. update today. I have yet to test PL on it (the only game I play on my phone), but the other apps seem to have a much smoother transition. Home screen scrolling is much faster/smoother, and internet scrolling is not as laggy (seems to grab pics/animations quicker).
