I dont honestly see it happening, to much complaining about trades outside gold cap and scams and how they should raise gold cap, im pretty sure they wanted to fix that by just adding more dragons to the game an devalue them a lil bit, so make rerolls your new best friend, just imo

Just going to put this out there. Sewers, Nuri's, and Fang are full sticky notes. This could reference that they were the only campaigns for that cap. The way Humania and Black Smoke are split pieces of paper could mean that Black Smokes level cap would also be 71? I don't see how this would work, but it's worth the pitch.

I think those two pieces means two caps for JUST ONE ELITE VANITY that would make set in future, after so much argument on elite vanity set bonus, they finally tried to make a solution in this way.
