I'm currently level 6, ran through everything all the way up to the point of "Ydra's Forest" or whatever which is level 11 recommended. So.. Where should I train til 11?

If you are trying to hit 16 ASAP, do Watcher's runs till 15 and then switch to Kraag 3 runs. In my experience this is the fastest route to 16. Good luck!

Sure. It's located in "Traveler's Outpost." Talk first to "Benadikt" to get a quest that will let you access the tombs.
