I wish I could help but at this point it seems like what you're dealing with is a pretty major issue with your system. Maybe someone has some additional advice, but if I were you I'd try maybe contacting Windows support to figure out why you can't install SP2. Once you get that figured out, you should be able to install a working iTunes, and solve your PL issues.Originally Posted by Xynasty

Yeah, you have major system issues going on. I would look into getting a techy to backup your data, reinstall Vista fresh (with a format), and put your data back on.
