It was anger but I left because no one backed me, last expansion we didn't gang within the few weeks of pvp ER did. And I have been in the guild a long time and made so many 'friends'. For no one to say what Jham did was wrong was a bit hurtful. I was betrayed but i'm over it now. Best of wishes to you as well :)

this thread is not meant for internal discussions but let me put one thing clear - we are a guild doing elites and training our members to do even the most difficult runs relatively safely and in a reasonable time.

We are usually slaughtered in PvP because we don't belong to any of the famous cliques. In my own experience, PvP is fun only when we fill the arena with guildies or when we accidentally join a group of people that want to have a fair fight.

While ganging is dirty and ganging a guildie does not contribute to a nice atmosphere in the guild, one think we hate even more - and those are dramas and flames in g chat.

So, I think there are two simple rules for those that want to PvP:

1) In PvP our members should wear guild title and represent the guild well -> support fair fight, don't block spots, don't gang single player and don't use trash language. If dirty play is used against you, leave the session.

2) If drama occurs, never ever bring it into g chat. We are about to remove anybody for flaming or for trash language, no matter if the flames are justified or not.

Shortly, entering PvP is at everybody's risk. If you have fun at end-game, do it. If you don't, don't enter PvP arenas. Our guild will never punish anybody for having poor PvP stats.

I got several very surprising, hysteric and unpleasant PMs about our members talking trash language in PvP. We really cannot tolerate this. I personally let the steam off in LINE chat if I really must.

Well said king. Trash talks not only affect you but the image of the whole guild.When I was new to ENdgame PvP I really used to get angry over a little talks in PvP and I did trash talks back. Now I've realized not to lose temper on just a game! Like we dont have any allies, any friends or a guild that focuses on PvP, we should play fair and if someone is using wrong means, leave the arena.
I usually pop out in PvP arenas coz I miss my twink days and can't live without it. If anyone needs help, you can message your friends or guildmates who play a it PvP. I'll join to help any of you anytime if I am not engaged in any run. Talking about PvP in guildchat is really a bad idea.
Everyone needs PvP ap's too, for it just make a 2-3 player party who needs those ap's and enter arena together is the best thing we can do.
But remember, no dirty talks. If someone is doing let them do, because talks never hurt you at all.

How long have you been in guild? Before the officer team fell apart guild was at it's best. And honestly they don't sspectrum, jhampormz, you and ikkels are an example.

Hello guys I just read the thread and I want to join elite runners I am a warrior level 41 with some experience and skills in PVE my gears aren't mythic I have legendary but I am farming to get the gear set I want. I would like to join elite runners so I can run some elite maps because in some guilds its quite difficult to find a party also the most of the top guilds are playing pvp, and I am not interested in pvp. That's what I want is a guild which I can run elites so I am not boring at all. Please pm me 😊.

I want to congratulate all the dedicated guildmates to this fabulous achievement.

Thank you for making this place a place of fun and remember what H2N says, nothing is guaranteed!

So, let's work even harder on APs guys, because that is what keeps us in top 50.

In the same time, while this achievement is really a very pleasant surprise, important is that we have fun. No one will be kicked for having average gear and no one will be kicked because of poor KDR.

I think Elite runners as one of the ancient guilds deserve to be in the TOP50, but even if we fall out for a week or two, it's nothing serious. We come back! :)

I don't left with no reason but I didn't had a good Internet connection to run some elites that day to show my skills. But I had sayd to the officers who was testing me that I will come back in a few days if I had a better internet connection and the answer was ok no problem just pm when you're Internet connection is good.Only for information I didn't play these days because I musted to study for some tests in my school. Now the tests are all done and i have a lot of time to play. Am I deserving a second chance please?

Dear Elite Runners,

I am very interested in joining you amazing guild, and below I will try to summarize the reasons why I decided to:
- I am 41 Rogue player (for the last 1 year), I play daily and am very active. I am a mature and responsible person (won't tell you my age :P), and extremely loyal. I have been in one of the top guilds for the last 8 months, and I decided to leave them just because of the PvP activity going on lately, and because I am pure PvE player. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for my old guild, but I'd like a guild for my own needs now, which is elite maps. I am not a guild hopper, I have my own family in real life, and the guild in the game must be like a second family and home.
- I have done almost all Elite Aps (except 3 Dragon elites and 2 Arena), so I don't need help achieving them. I just want to farm them and have fun. At this moment, I have 13.650 APs.
- I have followed all of the guides Kalizzaa wrote, and I'd like to express my deepest respect for her/his work, I learnt a big deal from them just by reading, now I'd love to practice and learn from the very best, which represents Elite Runners
- I also read the entire guild thread (and the previous one) and I am perfectly aware of your history and what you stand for. And Congrats for the jump in the LB!

I tried to contact some of the officers in game, but none was online. I would be truly honored if I could join you, and I will do what is in my power to honor ER by being a member of it.

Queenotshade joined her first guild (different guild, still around) on 20130418-185442 GMT, and left that guild, and 10 hours later joined ER. So I'm guessing you must be thinking about that guild that you joined about 1 week after ER's founding. I guess it could have been a merger, so that could be what you mean.

No, I spoke about Kingmartin toon. On Kingmartin, I joined ER several weeks earlier than on Queen. Queen was indeed in different guild (that is still around), but when I saw what ER do, I did not hesitate to join on my second (now primary) charater too.

My one concern is, is it ok if i am only able to play AL on the weekends?
Currently in high school and academics are top priority for me so no technology on the weekdays.

On top of what Tonex said -

Yes, it's ok if you can play on the weekends only. While we enjoy being among the top guilds, we will hardly ever have any carved-in-stone rules that our members must be active every day, that they must have certain KDR, etc.

You should be level 41, you should be at least a Paragon, it is welcome if you have high number of PvE kills (see our average) and you should know the basics of how to play your class and mainly, you should play for fun.

Miracle happened to me today!!! ;)
I and kalizza,ish and crawlr did elite wilds, jagged trail and magma corridor.
In magma corridor it went quite well to me until something terrible happened - my tablets gone crazy when we needed to run and doesnt let me touch anything but quitting the game. I tried so many changes in testing, and I could run for a bit. At boss I died but its gone crazy again. I thought I couldnt make it to boss and get the ap/loot, but after 1 minutes I could touch again. At boss when I tried to get to inventory for lep and kit, its just crazy again leaving me in the inventory without being able to touch anything, but I could still press "back" button on the tablet, and I saw this.

Wtf man ~.~ I tried so much to touch something but it doesnt let me to rather than closing the game, couldnt even touch the chat to tell that I cant run more or touch the worldmap to reset ~.~ Btw if you noticed the chat log and the white dots (the points I tried to touch) you may understand. I think the reason why he asked it is when he added "Kamaroun" as a friend, it appeared that kamaroun does not exist. If i remember correctly, his right name is "Kamaraoun" with an "A" in between r and o. But yeah, he still comes every now and then. ;)

We came in a room and the server suddenly announced "15 min left to shut down blah blah", we hastily do it as quickly as possible, but there are only 7 people here. A random rogue came and didnt know it, we politely asked her to leave. Then another warrior came, this time he started killing us like a blind crazy man O_o he took away 5 kills and our 5 minutes. He only noticed it when his team said "kill ********" and finally left. Then our master queen came, helped a lot in killing him. We killed him at the time it was 2 minutes ago to shut down, and everyone could breath slowly. I dont think we could have made it with 7 people if queen didnt come :)

We ran an elite caves of Tarewa today. [this is true story] I joined Rafuru's party. When we started, Vorti was parking well, but he (edit: i mean rafuru) yelled a lot and asked "is this your first run in cave?" and many more, lmao. At 10 min of timer started he (edit: i mean rafuru) left the pt created by himself and joined sspectrum's pt. And said something like "2*" in guild chat (spectrum said 3 slot left, and he said 2* to fix it meaning he join it), and said "give me 5 mins" (lmao 5 min to finish cave?) on guild chat when they tell him to join them. I and vorticity knew that wont end well and we whispered each other "lols". And at 15 min, he (edit: i mean rafuru) really left the map and joined spectrum, and messaged us "dc", and we more "lols" O_o. Wtf dude, we all know what you do, we are not dumb. I and vorti and leu finished the map in 55 min, and the loot was kinda worth it, but not for leu though.

Sometimes, I run with terrific parties, sometimes not. Sometimes, I get great loot, sometimes not. No matter which way things go, NEVER EVER abandon your party. Many of those members are investing gold, plat, kits, elixirs and lots of pots to the run, so whether it is a struggle or not, see it through. Elite Runners never give up.

I have been in PUGs where they all quit and I see it through all by myself. When I enter a map, there are two ways I leave, either beating the boss or pinging out, there are no other options.

You don't improve your skills by being the weakest person in a top party. You improve by learning better strategies, better team coordination, better skill rotations and grinding. If people think slogging through a tough map isn't fun, imagine how not fun it is for all the officers who are spending hundreds of plat and thousands of pots on getting tough APs and going through the same struggles for their fellow members. I WILL NOT allow this kind of behavior!

We are not just a farming guild - rather we are a guild of mentors and partners; more like a family than a rigid hierarchy. We teach eachother effective strategies and builds, all in the hopes that any party with an <Elite Runners> guild tag will be successful and economical at running any elite map. Members are expected to help eachother, run with eachother and not use gear, plat or specific players as a crutch to their success.

The point is that if you put out a call in /g "Got reroll, any runs", there will be players ready to run, and are competent and effective for any high value map you decide.

We are not just a farming guild - rather we are a guild of mentors and partners; more like a family than a rigid hierarchy. We teach eachother effective strategies and builds, all in the hopes that any party with an <Elite Runners> guild tag will be successful and economical at running any elite map. Members are expected to help eachother, run with eachother and not use gear, plat or specific players as a crutch to their success.

The point is that if you put out a call in /g "Got reroll, any runs", there will be players ready to run, and are competent and effective for any high value map you decide.

Sometimes, I run with terrific parties, sometimes not. Sometimes, I get great loot, sometimes not. No matter which way things go, NEVER EVER abandon your party. Many of those members are investing gold, plat, kits, elixirs and lots of pots to the run, so whether it is a struggle or not, see it through. Elite Runners never give up.

I have been in PUGs where they all quit and I see it through all by myself. When I enter a map, there are two ways I leave, either beating the boss or pinging out, there are no other options.

You don't improve your skills by being the weakest person in a top party. You improve by learning better strategies, better team coordination, better skill rotations and grinding. If people think slogging through a tough map isn't fun, imagine how not fun it is for all the officers who are spending hundreds of plat and thousands of pots on getting tough APs and going through the same struggles for their fellow members. I WILL NOT allow this kind of behavior!


Yes, it's Leuezhati here (this is my forum account) and after joining ER last Thursday, it was sorrowing and unacceptable to see that happen. Although I looted vegetables on that hour long run, it was simply fun to chat and work together though my first few Elite Tinderin runs regardless of that incident.

We don't just invite without inspecting. Contact any of the Officers/Recruiters that are on, and they will invite you on a few runs to assess your skills.

We are not hurting for member and most people looking to run elite get a party within a few minutes (yes there are slow points where there are only 2-3 people looking to run and that last slot can't be filled, but for the most part the guild is hopping along as desired). As such, the guild is only looking for capped players. Non-pro players are welcome but enough skill to build upon and forge is requested.

Sorry Jumpstartz....you caught us during a slow time. For whatever reason US East Coast Dinner time is always slow for us.

We are kind of selective with our recruits, so, at the time, being the only officer online, I cannot make any recruiting decision by myself. Be persistent, I'm sure in a few hours, once everyone finishes their meals, a team of officers will be available.

I like passenger but many of their songs are similar, even chord wise. Most of their songs remind me of the "Brushfire Fairytales" album by Jack Johnson, or if we go full on analogy a Chuck Berry Album, the writer found a sound he likes and doesn't venture from it. Passenger is also a fairly new band and recently fell into the limelight.

I'm sure I will find a way to put it in just for the play on words though. I did the same thing with a Counting Crows song a while back. Usually my song of the day is whatever I'm listening to when I decide (remember) to change it.

I generally avoid posting Indie and/or electronic bands like Vampire Weekend, STRFKR and Tame Imapala due to their general "love them or hate them" response. I did a STRFKR song awhile back and actually received a complaint in game over picking a bad song. My response was to keep it that song for about two weeks.

I also avoid bands like Seether, Shinedown, and Nirvana for the insane "you are promoting drug use" personal messages I got when I used "Stay Away" by Nirvana.

I also like to post lesser known songs. You may see a lot of John Mayer songs that were never singles (Wheel, 3x5, Split Screen Sadness, etc) and small following musicians like Eric Hutchinson, Slackstring, and Ben Harper (although Ben Harper was huge at one point).

Bands like Green Day and Dave Mathews Band are also strayed away from by me because of their high song count. Yes, I like them. But, almost everyone, at least vaguely, knows them.

Finally, older songs from bands like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and the Animals is avoided by me since they are no longer relevant in modern music. Furthermore, the songs I listen to by those artists are mostly mainstream and considered "unoriginal" choices in my opinion. However, the Rolling Stones is by far the most suggested band.
