While purchasing, or when the purchase is done did u receive a notification from the bank? As they send it when payments are done. If not maybe you didn't use ur card.Quote:

If the money is taken out from your payment method, and you've checked all your characters / stash / inventory / pet store and still haven't received the pet / platinum; I'd suggest you contact STS support, as they can then tract down your transactions and help you out :)
