Just purchased the Adventurers Kit but didn't receive anything. Please help.

Hi, First time poster here. I just purchased the Adventurers kit but didn't get anything. Could someone please help me figure out whats going on. My character name is Mizakune. Thank you.

While purchasing, or when the purchase is done did u receive a notification from the bank? As they send it when payments are done. If not maybe you didn't use ur card.

I have no idea about this kit though, I also mentioned in the chat box to check the inventory section. Can u check it in your inventory? Maybe it's a bug but most of my friends have recieved the kit though. It could be with your card or maybe this could be that the transaction was cancelled?

If the money is taken out from your payment method, and you've checked all your characters / stash / inventory / pet store and still haven't received the pet / platinum; I'd suggest you contact STS support, as they can then tract down your transactions and help you out
