Town trade spam fix!

Every time I go to town there is just a big chat spam saying selling buying etc...

So I have 2 ideas.

#1 Disable trade from towns and make a trade district. This can be a place were all people go if looking to buy or sell.

This could be mad in ao1 and be called "the bazaar"
Trade is only enable here and dungeons.


Second idea.

Each player can set up a shop in town. In this shop they can list there items and give a small caption above there shop. The places set there buyout price for there item and if another player wants it they can buy it. Also players can purchase more shop slots for plat .
This would work well with the auction house coming soon.

To make sure there is no scamming the player setting the price will get a confirm button before setting it in the shop. And the buyer will also get a confirm button to verify the price.

Also when you set up a shop you town chat is limited to one post every 5 min.

Umm forest haven IS the traders area... Read the " " when you go to forest haven next time...

I understand but it just seems to me that it's not the right place to do the trading. When you make a new character after the tutorial you are put in forest haven. And that like you said is the tradin area. It seems like an odd jump from the starting zone to the trade place.
