Quick question about unlocking maps

If i unlock all the maps on one of my characters, do I have them all unlocked for the rest on the same account?

oh, also, is there a storage or mechanism that allows item transfering between characters within the account?

twink is a character that (usually more experienced) players stop from gaining xp at a certain level and used for pvp (player vs player)
transfer items using the stash in forest haven, or the new stash in fort blackstone

Yes, campaigns that you purchase are unlocked for your account, so any of your characters can get in. As others have mentioned, you can use the stash to transfer items between your characters.

Stash slots are across chars inventory slots are per char. Also emote packs are accross characters as well v
