    Exclamation Rogues Combat Medic heals too much!

    The Rogues Combat Medic heals too much!
    When you upgrade effective packs and good medicine it should heal 30% + heal over time (each pack).
    But it heals 2x30% + heal over time (each pack).
    2 packs = 120%hp + h.o.t. | 3 packs = 180%hp + h.o.t.

    If you upgrade only 1 of them, then it heals as it should.

    Actually this is a definite bug. The good medicine is supposed to increase the amount of hp each pack heals from 25% TO 30% - it does not add 30% to the 25%. Heal over time is totally separate. I had not seen this before, as I don't use medic for PVE. Haven't tested in PVP as of yet, but it's definitely glitched for PVE. Very nice catch.

    Just tested in PVP and medic packs with the same addons only heal 20-25% when it is supposed to be 30. Something's very glitchy here.

    It's not 2x30% heal in pvp I'm pretty sure. It's in pve only I think

    The heal is balanced and fine as it is and there is no bug.
    Correct me if I am wrong, but from what I see--
    1. A normal heal pack (without any upgrades) heals 25 % hp.
    2. An upgrade on it (first one) increases the healing from 25% to 30%. So your hp will be healed 30%
    3. Now when you add another upgrade on it (heal over time), that 30% healing repeats itself once or twice. This is what you see in the pic posted. 2 x 138
    4. For those who are new to the rogue class, it seems as though the heal is working more than it should (they would ignorantly assume it is a 'bug' as it shows 2 x 30%), actually it is not so. It is heal over time at work.
    5. The thread starter has used a level 4 rogue to test it and while I appreciate his/her attempt at contributing to the community, I differ on the point that a rogue's medicine is bugged or heals too much.I would also like to point out that although it seems the heal "heals too much" at only level 4, rogues do need the healing at levels higher than 4. Sts has designed the heal skill very cleverly and it is perfectly balanced.

    It heals 30% MORE than it should in PVE (Should be 30%, actually is 60%)

    and

    heals 5-10% LESS than it should in PVP (Should be 30%, actually is 20-25%)

    This has been tested by and confirmed by myself and 2 other rogues I consulted (level 36)

    The reason why it heals less than it should in PvP is that there was a global nerf to healing, so every heal spell across all classes has been nerfed to heal less hence why packs heal 20-25% versus 30%.

    Could be a simple compensation for the fact that Rogues have to actually walk over it to heal, gives no mana nor comes with a shield. I don't know much though I havent used it since S.2 .

    Lpl it is a bug onl for PVE
    Sometimes i wonder why i get so much hp lol but its not working in PVP

    didn't they DECREASED the amount of heal in pvp on one of the previous updates few months ago? they did right?

    It's definitely NOT a bug. on end game pvp sometimes you coulnd't even use this med pack in clashes since other rogues already hit you close to death. and even if you charged and cast it you still have to walk over it to get the healing, well the self heal is very useful though. :3
