lvl 61 mage help

I need help on a lvl 61 mage, the build, stats, combo. I already have gear which are nuri top, lvl 61 forgotten staff and jacob helm lvl 50, I find myself getting pwned and picked on cos im so weak hahah. Also, when do I use nightmare and the other thingy which removes armour or dodge.

Last question, should I just make a 51 or 56 or just stay 61? I currently have little gold but I can sell my artisan and a few other things.

Wth blink? You're using level 50 helm!!. O.o ? and nuri items at 61, use lilith staff atleast, if you cant afford the set?

L56 or L61.

At 56 level better to use Charmin wand set/Nuri glyph items.
At 61 level better to use Lilith wand set. These forgotten staffs useless at L61 IMO.

I have been financially "crushed" due to the price drop in LVL 15 artisans I have 13k....
