"Do Not Bother Me" vanity item

I think the devs need to make a vanity item, a sign or something that players can wear to tell all the annoying people trying to sell stuff not to bug them. I'm tired of noobs trying to sell my level 50 character a level 15 weapon. I'm tired of having to tell all the pan handlers that I'm not giving them any gold. It annoys me to no end.

Another solution would be to just allow us to kill them in towns.

But for me, anyone who asks for something or tries to sell me something I didn't ask for, gets instantly added to my ignore list, no questions asked. Try it, the game is much more enjoyable if you do that rather than responding to them.

Ignore works, but I want to make it clear how annoying these people are. I need them to know they get on people's nerves and I believe a vanity item that says so can effectively do that.
